We highly recommend the Deficiency Group for their professionalism and knowledge of stone repair. Our marble flooring was damaged due to flooding. We were concerned it could never be returned to its original condition. Their team explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all our questions about stone repair. They were prompt and left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. My marble never looked better!

A very professional group. From the quotation stage to the finish of the caulking repair project Deficiency Group was great for our group. The workmanship was well done. As we are a small condo, only 4 units they worked well with us all. I would highly recommend this company for caulking repair. Well worth it.

We really were so fortunate in choosing this company for caulking service. I had read wonderful reviews of Deficiency Group and James explained what would be involved, the cost and why his methods would be long lasting. His team began the work immediately, working long hours and keeping the site spotless at the end of each working day. They came through with amazing results and their workmanship is superior.

James was responsive when coming out to the site and communicated well and timely with any issues or concerns. The caulking repair job was done as described and quoted. The job site was cleaned up at the end of every day and there was little to no interference with tenants or neighbours. Excellent communication, highly knowledgeable, and able to adapt to the changing scope of our building's needs. Our concrete wall was cracked, but Deficiency Group repaired and re-sealed them and now they look like new. Work was done on time and at a very reasonable cost, and they were even able to take on a few additional caulking repairs to the building while they had all of their equipment on site. I am very happy to have worked with them, and I will definitely consider working with them again in the future.

Deficiency Group was recommended to me by one of our trades. We brought them onboard for a big rush job, and it quickly became clear that they were capable of a great deal, so I freely, and confidently gave them more tasks. Our client was very happy with the outcome, and since then we've brought Deficiency Group back several times for a whole range of surface repairs, and they've done an excellent job every time. High-quality, prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly.

The Deficiency Group came to my home for stone repair to fix a damaged marble bathroom counter top and I was so thrilled with their work!! The workman was kind, polite and professional. He also worked very cleanly by prepping the surrounding area before he started. The bathroom he worked in was left spotless. I can't even see a single sign that a chip was ever there. I definitely recommend using them for all your stone repair needs! Thank you for excellent customer service!
