Can construction scratches be removed from commercial glass?
Yes, in most cases. Construction scratches, scuffs and surface damage can be restored on site. Deep scratches have limits, and we tell you honestly when a panel cannot be restored.
Can you assess damaged glass from photos?
Yes. Send one close-up and one pulled-back photo with the damage circled, and we will tell you what can realistically be restored before pricing.
How does glass scratch removal work?
Glass restoration generally involves controlled removal of the damaged surface, followed by progressive polishing back to clarity. The work is done on site, with the glass left in place.
Is restoring glass cheaper than replacing it?
Yes. Restoration can save up to 90% compared to glass replacement, and it avoids ordering new units, lead times, reinstallation and a second round of access.
What types of glass can you restore?

Can you restore coated or Low-E glass?
In many cases, yes. We have restored coated and Low-E glass many times. What matters is which side the coating is on. As long as we can access the glass surface, restoration is usually possible, and we confirm at assessment.

If the glass is cracked or broken, replacement is the right call. Very deep damage can also have limits. We tell you at assessment, and restore or replace is always your call.
Will the repair be noticeable?
Restoration takes glass to a commercially acceptable finish. Results depend on scratch depth, glass type and lighting, and we set clear expectations at assessment so nothing is sprung on anyone at the end.
Does glass polishing cause distortion?
Not with our process. Our trained technicians deliver a distortion-free finish, and every panel is assessed before we start.

Can you restore glass at height or on high-rises?
Yes. Glass above reach is restored from scaffold or swing stage. We do not polish from ladders, and access is either priced into the quote or provided by your site.
What do you need on site?
Power at the work area, safe access to the glass and a clear work area. If power is not available, we can bring generators. Just let us know at assessment.
